Countries Have Best Quality of Life 2011

While GDP is used to determine a nation whether is rich or not, ?The Better Life Index? is a new way of OECD to estimate a nation whether has high-quality life or not. The following countries are listed as the top 11 nations with best quality of life around the world based on things like the employment situation, leisure time, and life expectancy.

Because of not basing on specific criteria such as GDP, ?The Better Life Index? is not really perfect. But more or less, what the index reveals is that one?s quality of life is subjective to show quality of life of each country based on the most closely criteria. It includes criteria like how many people vote, giving high marks to countries with compulsory voting rules. In addition, housing statistics focus on the number of rooms and whether facilities are modern or not.
